Here's a quick recipe 

A smoothie is a good snack to have after school. I get a lot  of quick recipes here:
Just copy and paste it in the box above. So here is a great smoothie recipe I made myself:

You will need:

1 medium sized banana 
1 cup of ice 
About 1 cup of milk (chocolate or plain)
1 teaspoon of vanilla 
1teaspoon of sugar 
Any type of yogurt 
 chocolate or carmel syrup

Put in milk, banana, and ice. Blend in till smooth. Then add vanilla and sugar. You may also put in yogurt and/or syrup. 
The yogurt is mostly for texture or more flavor (again optional).
Blend all together in till smooth. 


Makes 2 servings
